Every Friday we have a Special Mentions Assembly when children receive a special mention gold card, a sticker and applause from all the school for good work or good behaviour. This week the special mentions include:-

frogs. very good at explaining how to get to Beacon Wood. very carefully about his work before drawing. I loved your map of Beacon Wood. brought shells, dragons and banners to help with the learning about China. phonics and speech and language work. She is making amazing progress.
Daniel for his fantastic observations of the frogs and his knowledge about Joel for his careful map drawing of the route to Beacon Wood. He was Oistin is very good at making careful drawings. Oistin always thinks Holly has brought things into school to help with our learning. She has Ellie has waited since 23rd June to celebrate her success in her reading

Isobel for always being a reliable and helpful member of the class! She
has such a positive attitude and sees good in everyone and everything. I
will miss her when she moves to Y2.
Willis for his positive attitude to number work! He tries his best ALL the
time and is a quick thinker. Well done!
