I am really looking forward to going down to nook lane in september.
I like going to school and seeing all my friends.

I have been looking at my school website with my mum and sisters Lia and Luci. I like going to school to play football at play time with my friends Tom, Oliver and Bailey. I cannot wait for after christmas when my little sister will be at school with me. I will look after her when she starts.

Hi Stannington Infant School. I currently live in Perth Western Australia but was born in Stannington and attended the school from approx 1964 - 1969. I have extremely fond memories of the school. Miss Lomas was my favourite teacher. I know it was a long time ago but I hope to visit my family on the Wellgreen Road this year and might stroll past and show my 17 year old daughter where her Mum went to Primary School. All the best.

hi! i used to come to this school about 7 years ago! i am now in year 9 at bradfield school and its really good! but the teachers arent half as nice as the ones here at infants and at nooklane!!! i am now looking for work experience and i am hoping to find somewhere with children around this age, as i love working iwth children this age!! hello its henry. I liked being in Mrs Revitts class because she read all the superfudge stories and she let us bring teddies into school and make and draw them. I miss all the teachers. I 'm having a good time at nook lane but I MISS stannington infants.

Hello! Just a quick note to my old school, and mainly my favourite teacher Mrs Revitt if she reads this. I came to look around last year whilst visiting Emily Chidlaw and asked to pop in and see you but unfortunately you were teaching and I was only there for the afternoon. I hear Alison Murray was visiting the other day and you showed her a picture of me :) I am living in Kent now after our 5 years in France, and am studying French and Spanish at Durham University which includes a year out - I will be working as a teaching assistant in Spain from October and also have a 2 week teaching placement in London this summer! Doesn't time fly; I am already feeling grown up at 20. Lauren x

It is wonderful to see photos of the happy day I spent with reception class. I was really pleased with how everyone worked. Now that the school collage is laminated it looks fantastic. I hope you can get to the Workstation this summer to see it.

Finlay loves school, he thinks Mrs Exton is really nice and friendly. He likes to do maths and play in the playground with his friends. His favourite visit in Y1 so far was the visit to the Hindu Mosque.

We enjoyed looking at the pictures of Y2's Victorian Classroom visit. It reminded us of our first schools. Did you have to use dip pens? Gran's teacher said after her first day using one that she had never seen a child with such inky fingers! We used to have to chant the ABC together first thing each morning from a big chart on the wall - plus, of course, all the times tables.

I think that your website is fantastic! It is informative, bright and colourful. I found it really easy navigating my way around the site. Well done! By the way the school looks brilliant and the foundation stage outdoor area is exretremely well thouught out and a good use of the provision - I bet the children love it too!!

I like Stannington Infant School and I like all the teachers. I like doing number work the best.

I love learning, telling and writing in Mrs Smiths class. Its really fun. I wish I could do more work everyday and show work to the class and the school. I like going on schol trips and doing plays at my school it is brilliant.

I enjoyed being in Mr Paynes class. We did lots of activities and people liked them.
Mr Payne was a really good teacher he taught me science it was good fun.

I did volontary work at the start of this year in Y1E and its nice to know everyone is doing well. i have finished my degree and looking for work, was good experience and the kids are smashing and i miss them all.

Hi I'm Chris Olewicz was at Stannington Infants a while ago 10 years+ My favourite teacher was Mrs Dams. Has she left/retired. Shame, I would have like to have seen her again. Hope the school hasn't changed much!!

This is a brilliant website! I was at Stannington Infants 14 years ago (I'm 19 now!) and it was wonderful reading all the poems written by Mr Payne's class. I have lots of happy memories sitting all together writing poetry with Mr Payne when I was in year 1!!! Thank you for taking time to put together such a happy, friendly site.

This is the first time Kavan has looked at this website - it is brilliant. He was amazed to see photographs of himself and his friends.

School Meal menus are posted on each of the noticeboards within school and the mobile classroom.

It would be nice to see what my children have had to eat for lunch as they never remember.

It's great to see the children are doing so well. The work shown on the website is brilliant. Joseph is thrilled to see that he has some of his work on it.

Time sure flies!. I can remember when i was getting teached in year 1 by MRS Revitt and singing the going home song and in year 2 by Mrs Cooke and MRS Exton over 5 years ago.

I really enjoy school and looking at the website. I enjoyed looking at the photos from our visits to Norfolk Park and Rivelin Valley. I also liked helping to pick the school Christmas Tree from the garden centre.

I like the pictures of the school garden and the playground. We saw my class and my picture. Its good. Hello Ella.
